Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wavense ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), which is owned and operated by Sekurah, under the registered Australian business Rocketeers Consultation Group Pty Ltd (ACN: 636 627 015). By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
1. Overview
Wavense is a cybersecurity intelligence platform that provides curated content, insights, and community-driven information on vulnerabilities, exploits, and cyber threats. These Terms apply to all users, including registered users, contributors, and visitors to the platform.
2. Eligibility
To use Wavense, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- Agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms
3. Account Registration
Some features require an account. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes
- Scrape, harvest, or reverse-engineer content or systems
- Upload viruses or malicious code
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these conditions.
5. User Contributions
Wavense may allow users to post comments, share remediation advice, or submit content. By contributing:
- You retain ownership of your content
- You grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display it on the platform
- You confirm your content does not violate any third-party rights
We reserve the right to moderate or remove content at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, code, trademarks, branding, and intellectual property on the platform (excluding user-contributed content) is owned by Sekurah or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute platform content without our written permission.
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide continuous access to Wavense, but:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may suspend or modify the platform without notice for maintenance or upgrades
- We are not liable for any loss due to downtime or service changes
8. Third-Party Links
Wavense may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or news sources. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third parties. Use of third-party links is at your own risk.
9. Beta Features and Experimental Tools
Some features of Wavense may be released in beta or preview form. These features:
- May be incomplete, unstable, or changed at any time
- Are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- May be removed at our discretion
Use of beta features is at your own risk.
10. Disclaimer
Wavense provides cybersecurity insights for educational and informational purposes only. While we aim for accuracy:
- Content may not be complete, up-to-date, or suitable for your specific circumstances
- We are not liable for actions taken based on the content provided
- You use the platform at your own risk
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or reputation
- Security incidents caused by external factors
- Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed AUD $100.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sekurah and Rocketeers Consultation Group Pty Ltd, their directors, employees, and affiliates, from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your misuse of the platform
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
13. Refunds and Paid Services
If Wavense offers paid services in the future, those services will be governed by a separate billing and refund policy. You will be notified and required to agree to those terms at the time of purchase.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Power or internet outages
- Cyberattacks
- Government restrictions
- Acts of war or civil unrest
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Misuse the platform
- Pose a risk to our users or infrastructure
You may cancel your account at any time.
16. Privacy
Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your personal information.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Effective Date." Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
